The NanoKon project intends to systematically study and evaluate the effects of novel nanoparticles, particularly on the gastrointestinal tract. The relevant analyses are carried out using nanoparticles of different surface properties and with certain physico-chemical characteristics determining the interaction of the particles with individual body cells and entire organs.
