Nanora-webinar

On October 21st, 2014 from 10:00 to 12:00 a free webinar will take place. The webinar will show which competences exist in the topics of "Nanocoatings" and "Resource Efficiency & Composites" in northwest Europe and how it can be possible with the help of the EU-funding for NANORA to participate in projects and travels.

Northwest Europe (NWE) has an immense potential in one of the key technologies of the 21st century, the nanotechnology. The EU project NANORA, the Nano Region Alliance (www.nanora.eu), therefore created the "TINCA Atlas" (Transnational Interactive Competence Atlas, http://www.nanora.eu/tinca), which wants to show the outstanding companies in northwest Europe working in the field of nanotechnology.

The projects wants to help all the companies in northwest Europe who are working with nanotechnology to use their potential profitable and has therefore created five Compentence Pools (CP) with each having a specific focus. The CP "Nanocoatings" for example includes over 140 companies and the CP „Resource Efficiency & Composites“ includes over 120 entries.

The webinar is for free but requires a registration. You will find the details under www.sirris.be/agenda/webinar-about-nanora-using-nanomaterials. You can register there to get your login data.
