"Nanotechnology Innovation: From research to commercialisation – the bridge to Horizon2020"

The main focus of the conference will be the commercialisation of nanotechnology, exploiting its potential for new applications, pushing it from an enabling technology through to development and on to use in end products. With Horizon2020 beginning in 2014, the conference will be used to look at how nanotechnologies will fit into the new structure within the key priority areas of Excellent Science, Industrial Leadership and Societal Challenges.

The 2013 conference programme topics include key enabling technologies, industrial application & commercialisation in nanotechnology, pilot lines and demos, financial instruments, healthcare, environment & water, food, transport, nanoelectronics, nanosafety and measurement tools.

During the conference a prize for Best Project targeting Nanotechnology will be awarded (coming from projects funded under FP5, FP6, FP7, ENIAC or the ERDF). The 10 best Projects will be selected, showcased during the conference and an overall winner selected.

Also a fully integrated poster exhibition will be held during the conference complementing the conference themes. All submitted posters will be eligible for the Best Poster Award, which will be chosen from 10 finalists.

Further information about the conference, abstract submission, registration and exhibition can be obtained from http://www.euronanoforum2013.eu/
